Sony acid pro (an error has occurred)?

Okay I’ve been working on a song for about…5 months. I’ve put an extreme amount of work into and I was about 2 weeks from releasing it when….this pops up when I try to open the file (An error has occurred while loading the project, the file was not found) Is there anyway that I can restore it or do something to get it back??? Please if you know then help me out!

Your file might be deleted from that location or it might be moved somewhere else.If it is moved,then try
to search it in ur computer by search software n if it is deleted then u may recover it by using ‘DT Utilities Digital Rescue’ or ‘Recover My Files’ softwares. you will have to first install them.After that u can use them.

An error occurred while backing up this iPod (-120).

Coninuing without backup will result in the loss of all contents on
